Questions

Do you work with event planners and hotel event teams?

Yes. Most corporate and resort work comes through an event planner, a travel company running the trip, or the hotel’s own events team. We share setup times, power needs and the space each piece takes, and coordinate directly with them.

Can you put our logo on the night?

Yes. We project logos, monograms and patterns onto walls, buildings and screens, and can program the sculptures and uplighting to your brand colors.

Can you handle multi-night programs?

Yes. Welcome receptions, awards nights and farewell dinners over several nights, at one venue or several. We plan the moves between them.

How far ahead should we book?

For peak season and large groups, as soon as the dates are set. Shorter lead times are sometimes possible. Ask and we’ll tell you honestly.

Planning a group on the island?

Send the dates, venue and headcount. We’ll confirm availability and send a proposal built around your program.
