A luminous bell over six to seven feet of trailing tentacles, hung from a tree, a beam, or our bamboo tripod. Fully programmable color.

What to know before you book.

What are the Mushroom and the Jellyfish?
Original LED sculptures, hand-built in our South Kona shop: a freestanding nine-foot mushroom and a suspended jellyfish, both with fully programmable color and animation.
Can you bring sound and a DJ too?

Yes. We can bring a BASSBOSS-based sound system sized to your guest count, from a backyard setup to a full stage, and book one of the island’s best DJs & VJs. We place the speakers with the Mushroom or the Jellyfish so the dance floor gets the full sound and the lounge stays easy to talk in, and it all comes as one quote.

How much space does the Mushroom or the Jellyfish take up?
The Mushroom sits on an 8 × 8 ft platform with lounge pads, or a 6 × 8 ft one with a turf cover, with about 2 ft of clearance on each side. On our bamboo tripod the Jellyfish stands about 15 ft tall and needs a clear circle roughly 20 ft across; hung from a tree or beam, the footprint is just the lounge beneath. We confirm exact dimensions and rigging needs against your venue during booking.
Do you light beach and outdoor weddings?
Yes. Beach weddings, outdoor receptions, tented events and garden venues are what we build for. Both pieces are rain-resistant and handle a real downpour, and they run on a standard outlet or our portable battery for off-grid sites.
Do you do private parties at home?
Yes. And they're some of our favorite nights. Any private event at your own house: birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, backyard lūʻau. All we need is a level spot in the yard and a standard outlet (or we bring our portable battery). We deliver, set it up, and take it all away after.
Do you travel across the Big Island?
Yes, anywhere on the Big Island. We're based in Kailua-Kona and cover Kohala, Waimea, Hāmākua, Hilo and Volcano, with travel quoted up front by distance. The Mushroom and Jellyfish can go to Oʻahu, Maui or Kauaʻi too, by arrangement: inter-island freight and crew travel are added to the quote.
